CSU is continuously assessing and improving our wireless coverage, but we need your help to identify network black spots around campus.

A blackspot is an area on campus that doesnt perform as expected - there is little to no wireless signal. If you are experiencing repeat dropouts or slow network speeds but have strong wireless service, please refer to our support page for help.

This information you provide will be provided to our CSU Network technicians who will work to improve the coverage and performance of CSU wireless services.
